MEDICARE NOTICE: Any retiree who has attained the age of 65 and is eligible to receive a Medicare reimbursement MUST turn in your social security letter with the amount you are being charged for Medicare. Without that document we can not reimburse you. NOTE*** The city does NOT pay retroactive payments on Medicare reimbursements. It is the responsibility of the retiree to provide the necessary information in order to receive your Medicare reimbursement. Those documents can be emailed or mailed to Linda Kemp at the Police Station. If you send via email please send to this address: [email protected]. Retirees wishing to make changes to their direct deposit may request a Direct Deposit form from Linda Kemp in the pension office.
